Take advantage of the notes feature to jot down important details about each contact, such as shared interests, past conversations, or key milestones. This personalization allows you to create meaningful connections and easily recall vital information during your interactions.

Like other networking features on Careerflow.AI, you can easily manage your notes by accessing them from multiple locations within the platform. you can quickly navigate to your notes for each contact. Directly via the Web Application

Adding Notes to Networking Contacts via the Contacts Tab

Step 1: Contacts Tab

  • Go to the contact list, by clicking on the "Contacts" Tab located on the left part fo your account.

Step 2: Locate the Contact

  • Find the contact you want to customize using the search function or by browsing your contacts list.

Step 3: Locate the Add Notes Tab

  • Find the "Notes" tab in the contact's detail view for quick access.

Step 5: Input Details

  • Enter relevant information about the contact, such as personal insights or discussion topics, keeping it clear and concise.

Step 6: Click Save and All Set

  • Click "Save" to record your notes. You’ll see a confirmation message, and your notes will be securely stored for future reference.


Editing Contact Notes via the Web Application

  • Click the Edit Icon: On the notes page, find the pencil icon next to the notes you wish to modify.

  • Customize and Save: Click the pencil icon and make the necessary changes to your notes. After editing, click the "Save" button to store your updated notes.


Deleting Contact Notes via the Web Application

  • Click the Trash Bin Icon: On the notes page, locate the trash bin icon next to the notes you wish to remove.

  • Confirm Deletion:A confirmation prompt will appear. Click "Okay" to confirm that you want to delete the notes.


Via the Browser Extension

Step 1: Access Your LinkedIn Account

  • Ensure your Careerflow.AI Chrome Extension is installed and connected to your account. Refer to the Help Center article for assistance if needed.

Step 2: Find the Contact Profile

  • Navigate to the profile of the contact you wish to add notes for. Click "View Contacts," and a pop-up will appear.

Step 3: Select Notes

  • Click on the "Notes" option in the pop-up to open the notes section.

Step 4: Input Your Notes

  • Enter the information you want to save for this contact and click "Save" to store your notes.

Step 5: View Contact in Careerflow.AI

  • Click on "View Contact," and you will be routed to your Careerflow.AI account.

Step 6: Access Your Notes

  • Click on "Notes" to view the annotations you have placed for this contact.
