Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
Q: Can I recover a resume after deleting it?
A: No. Once you delete a resume, it’s permanently removed from your account. Be sure to confirm you're deleting the correct version.
Q: Will deleting a resume affect job cards where it was attached?
A: Yes. If a deleted resume was linked to a job card, that connection will be lost. We recommend checking if the resume is in active use before deleting it.
Q: Can I delete multiple resumes at once?
A: Not at this time. Each resume must be deleted individually.
Q: Is there a way to archive a resume instead of deleting it?
A: Currently, there is no archive feature. Deleting is permanent, so consider renaming or duplicating a resume if you're unsure about removing it entirely.
Q: How can I tell which resume I’m deleting?
A: Always check the resume name and preview it if needed before confirming deletion. This ensures you're not removing something important by mistake.
