Adding Activities with Networking Contacts via Contacts Tab
Step 1: Contacts Tab
Go to the contact list, by clicking on the "Contacts" Tab located on the left part fo your account.
Step 2: Locate the Contact
Find the contact you want to customize using the search function or by browsing your contacts list.
Step 3: View Details
Click the "View Details" button on the right side of the contact’s entry to access all personalization tools, including notes, job links, and activity tracking.
Step 4: Locate Activity Tab
Find the "Activity" tab in the contact's detail view.
Step 5: Click on Add New
Click the "Add New" button to start logging a new activity.
Step 6: Input Details
Enter information about the activity, including the title, goal, status, date, and description.
Step 7: Click Save Activity
Click "Save Activity" to record the information.
Step 8: All Set🎊
You’ll see a confirmation message, and your activity will now be logged under the contact.
Editing Activities with Networking Contacts via Web Application
Navigate to the contact whose activity you want to edit and click the "View Details" button.
In the pop-up section, locate the "Edit" button on the upper right hand corner.
Update the relevant fields, including the title, goal, status, date, and description as needed.
Once you've made your changes, click "Save Activity" to record the updated information.
Confirm your changes by clicking the "Save" button.
Deleting Activities with Networking Contacts via Web Application
Navigate to the contact whose activity you want to delete and click the "View Details" button.
In the pop-up section, locate the "Delete" button on the upper right hand corner.
The activity that you have deleted will no longer appear on the Contact's Activity Tab
Via the Browser Extension
Step 1: Access Your LinkedIn Account
Ensure your Careerflow.AI Chrome Extension is installed and connected to your account. Refer to the Help Center article for assistance if needed.
Step 2: Find the Contact Profile
Navigate to the profile of the contact for whom you wish to add activities. Click "View Contacts," and a pop-up will appear.
Step 3: Select Networking
Click on the "Networking" option in the pop-up to open the activities section.
Step 4: Fill In the Boxes
Complete the fields for Goal, Status, and Date to provide detailed information about the activity.
Step 5: Save the Activity
Click "Save" to record the activity.
Step 6: View Contact in Careerflow.AI
Click on "View Contact," and you will be routed to your Careerflow.AI account.
Step 7: Access Your Activities
Click on "Activities" to view the activities you have recorded for this contact.

Click the pencil icon on the bottom part of the activity that you have seen on the Networking Tab.
