There are multiple ways to add contacts to your Careerflow networking tracker, and we'll go over each one below.
Adding Contacts Manually
Step 1: Access Your Careerflow.ai Account
Log in to your Careerflow.ai account and go to the Contacts tab.
Step 2: Open the Create Contact Window
Click on "Create A Contact" to launch the pop-up window.
Step 3: Fill Out Required Information
Enter all necessary details for the contact. Be sure to complete any fields marked with a red "*," as these are mandatory.
Step 4: Save the Contact
Once you’ve filled in the information, click "Save Contact" to successfully add the contact to your account.
Adding Contacts via LinkedIn
Step 1: Prepare Your Accounts
Log in to your LinkedIn account and ensure that the Careerflow.AI Chrome Extension is installed and your LinkedIn account is integrated with Careerflow.AI. For assistance, refer to the relevant Help Center article.
Step 2: Find the Contact Profile
Navigate to the profile of the contact you want to add.
Step 3: Add to Contacts
Select "Add to Contacts." A pop-up will appear on the right side of your screen.
Step 4: Save the Contact and Fill Out Contact Details
Complete the form with all relevant information, including Relationship, Goal, Status, Linked Jobs, and Notes.
Step 5: View the Contact
Click "View Contact," and you will be automatically redirected to your Careerflow.AI account, where the contact will be saved.
Bulk Importing Contacts
Step 1: Access Your Careerflow.AI Account
Log in to your Careerflow.AI account and navigate to the Contacts tab.
Step 2: Open the Bulk Import Menu
Click the three-dot menu icon in the upper right corner of your screen.
Step 3: Select Bulk Import
Choose "Bulk Import" from the dropdown options.
Step 4: Download the Template
Click the hyperlink labeled "here" to download the template sheet.
Step 5: Fill Out the Template
Complete the template with your data, ensuring that First Name, Last Name, and Company fields are filled, as they are mandatory.
Save your edited template to ensure all changes are recorded.
Step 6: Import Your Contacts
Return to Careerflow.AI and click "Import" to upload your document.
Reminder: If any fields contain errors, the system will notify you of the specific contacts that failed to import. Additionally, if a contact already exists, it won’t be duplicated; instead, you'll receive an error message for that particular contact.

Refresh your page to see all your newly imported contacts automatically reflected in your account.
