This article describes the steps required to access the subscription management portal which is managed by our payment partner, Stripe Inc.

Managing your Careerflow Premium subscription is a hassle-free process. This guide will help you navigate through the Subscription Management Portal, also known as the Billing Portal, which is managed by our partner, Stripe Inc.

Note: You can only manage your subscription from our web app. If you are using the Chrome Extension, you must first navigate to the web app by clicking here or going to app.careerflow.ai.

Accessing the Billing Portal

Step 1: Log In to the Web Application

Sign into your Careerflow.ai account on the website (https://app.careerflow.ai). Make sure you are on a Desktop web browser for the best experience.

Step 2: Go to Profile Settings

Once logged in, click on your profile icon located at the top right of the page and select "Profile" from the dropdown menu. You can also directly visit app.careerflow.ai/profile.

Step 3: Manage Subscription

Within your profile settings, find and click on the "Manage Subscription" button.


Step 4: Verification Step

You will be redirected to the integrated billing portal managed by Stripe. For security reasons, you'll need to verify your identity. Enter the email associated with your initial payment to receive a login link from Stripe.

Step 5: Email Confirmation

Check your email for a message titled "Your Careerflow Inc. customer portal login link" and click the link to access your Subscription Management Portal.


Things You Can Do in the Billing Portal

Once inside the Stripe-managed Billing Portal, you have several options to manage your subscription:

  • View Subscription Details: See your current plan, billing cycle, and cost.

  • Upgrade or Downgrade: Change your subscription level to fit your current needs.

  • Update Payment Method: Add or edit your payment details for seamless transactions.

  • View Billing History: Access all past invoices and payments for your records.

  • Cancel Subscription: Terminate your subscription if you decide it’s no longer needed.
