Getting Started: Job Portal

Learn how to navigate Careerflow.ai’s Job Portal to search, filter, save, and apply to jobs from over 2 million listings.

Careerflow.ai is excited to introduce one of its most highly requested features — the Job Portal. This powerful tool pulls in over 2 million job listings from top job boards across the web, all in one place. Designed to simplify and accelerate your job search, the Job Portal allows you to search, filter, save, and apply to roles directly through the platform.

Please note: this feature is currently available only for U.S.-based users.


Getting Started


Step 1: Log in to Careerflow.ai

  • Visit careerflow.ai and sign in using your registered email address and password.

Click on Login

  • If you don’t have an account yet, click on Sign Up to create one. Once logged in, you'll be directed to your dashboard.

Step 2: Click on the “Jobs” Tab

  • From the dashboard, navigate to the left-hand panel and click on “Jobs.” This will open the Job Portal interface, where you can explore thousands of job listings sourced from top job platforms across the web.

Click on Jobs…

Step 3: Search and Filter Jobs

  • Use the search bar at the top of the page to enter keywords such as job title, company name, or industry.

Click on 100 results found

To narrow down your results further, use the filter options, including:

  • Location (city, state, or remote)

  • Date (Posted From - Posted Until)

Click on Filter…

Step 4: Tailor or Change Your Base Resume

When you open a job posting, you’ll see an option to select or change your Base Resume before applying. This helps improve resume relevance and alignment with the job requirements before applying. You can:

  • Click “Change” to select a different resume from your Resume Builder

  • Click “Tailor For Job” to instantly customize your resume based on the selected job description

Step 5: Review Your Skill Score

Below the resume section, you’ll find your Skill Score and matching insights for the selected job posting. This helps you understand how well your current profile aligns with the job requirements by showing:

  • Your overall skill match score

  • Strong matching skills

  • Missing or partially matched skills

  • Key skills identified from the job posting

Click on 10%…

Click “View Details” to see a more detailed breakdown of your skills and recommendations for improving your match score.

Step 6: Save or Apply for Jobs

As you browse job listings:

  • Click “Save” on any job post you want to revisit later. This will store the listing in your Saved Jobs section on the Job Tracker for easy access.

Click on Save
  • Click “Apply” to begin your application process. You will be redirected to the original job posting on the external job board (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed) to complete your application.

Click on Apply

A: Absolutely! Use the Save button on any listing to create your personal shortlist.

Q: How many jobs can I save?
A: There is no limit to how many jobs you can save. Use this feature to keep track of promising roles and plan your application process.

Q: Can I track my job applications within Careerflow.ai?
A: You can manually track jobs you’ve applied to by adding them to your Job Tracker. This helps you stay organized throughout your job search.
