Getting Started
Step 1: Navigate to Job Posts
Visit LinkedIn or your preferred job board and browse job listings that interest you. Open the job post you want to apply for and review the role requirements.
Step 2: Access the Floating Icon
On the job post page, click the floating Careerflow.ai icon. This opens the extension menu, where you can access resume and job-matching features.
Step 3: Select Your Resume
Choose your existing Base Resume. The selected resume will be used as the foundation for tailoring.
(You can import a resume; however, it can't be used for tailoring, it will only be available for skill matching)
Step 4: Tailor Your Resume
Click Tailor Resume to open the Resume Builder page. Careerflow.ai analyzes the job description and provides recommended improvements to better match the role.
Step 5: Navigate through One-click Optimizer
Once you enter the resume editor for a job-tailored resume, the one-click optimizer will automatically activate.
Select keywords that you want to include and exclude.
Scan the suggestions, and you can choose whether you will accept, reject, or edit the suggestions.
Accept the suggestions to proceed.
Step 6: Optimize Based on Skill Score and Analysis
Review your skill score and resume analysis. Use available tools to refine your resume efficiently, including:
