Once you've crafted or tailored your resume using Careerflow.ai's Resume Builder, the final step is downloading it as a PDF. This makes it easy to share with recruiters, apply to jobs online, or keep a copy for future use. The Resume Builder provides a simple and seamless way to export your resume while keeping the layout and formatting clean and professional.


Getting Started

Step 1: Go to Resume Builder

  • Log in to your Careerflow.ai account and navigate to the Resume Builder from the left-hand menu.

Step 2: Choose a Resume to Export

  • From your list of saved resumes, select the one you'd like to download — either a Base Resume or a Job-Tailored Resume.

Step 3: Click "Download Resume"

  • Locate and click the “Download Resume” button, found at the upper-right corner of the screen.

Your resume will be automatically downloaded as a PDF file.
