Getting Started

Step 1: Go to the Resume Builder tab

From your Careerflow.ai dashboard, click on the Resume Builder section located in the left-side menu.

Step 2: Select the resume you want to edit

Browse through your list of resumes and select the one you wish to improve.

Step 3: Click the AI Assistant tab on the top toolbar

Once the resume editor is open, look at the upper tabs (next to “Design”) and click on AI Assistant. This will open the AI panel, where you can start interacting with the assistant to refine your resume content.

Step 4: Ask the AI for enhancements

Type your request directly into the AI Assistant chat box. You can ask for a wide range of improvements, such as:

  • “Rewrite my bullet points to make them concise and action-driven.”

  • “Tailor my resume for a Data Analyst role.”

  • “Fix grammar and make my tone more professional.”

Step 5: Save or download your updated resume
