Managing multiple versions of your resume can streamline your job application process and keep your documents organized. This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to effectively duplicate or clone your resume and delete outdated or unnecessary versions.

Getting Started

Step 1: Access the Resume Builder Tab

  • Log in to your Careerflow.ai account and navigate to the left-hand menu. Click on the "Resume Builder" tab to access your resume management tools.

Step 2: Locate the Resume to Duplicate/Clone

  • Browse through the list of your resumes to find the one you wish to duplicate, clone, or delete.


Duplicate directly via the Lists of Resume

Step 1: Locate the Duplicate Option

  • Click this icon to create an exact copy of your selected resume.

Step: 2 Confirm if Duplicate is Successful

  • Only 1 click away and you already duplicated the document. It should be titled with "copy of..." then the name of the original file you have duplicated.


Duplicate via the Resume Builder Page

Step 1: Access Menu Icon

  • Click on the 3-dot menu icon to reveal different options.

Step 2: Choose the Correct Option

  • Select "Clone Resume", and it will automatically load to reveal another set of duplicated document.

Step: 3 Confirm if Duplicate is Successful

  • When the title of the resume already started with "Copy Of..." that automatically indicates that the document has been cloned.


Delete directly via the Lists of Resume

Step 1: Locate the Delete Option

  • Click this icon to permanently remove the resume from your account

Step 2: Confirm Deletion

  • After clicking on the delete icon, the page will reveal a prompt of confirmation. Select "Delete" to proceed.

Be reminded that once deleted, there's no option for it to be retrieved.

Step 3: Deletion Successful

  • You will see a green pop-out stating that the Resume has bee deleted successfully.

  • Review the document that you want delete and make sure that this is the one that you want to wipe out of your account. Click "Delete" to start the process.

  • After clicking on the delete option, the page will reveal a prompt of confirmation. Select "Delete" to proceed.
