In your quest to streamline your job search, Careerflow.ai's Job Tracker offers flexible options to add job applications to your tracker. This guide walks you through the straightforward steps to ensure no opportunity slips through the cracks.

Directly via the Web Application

Step 1: Navigate to the Dashboard

Log in to your account and access the Job Tracker dashboard. Look for the "Create" button located in the top right corner of the interface.Careerflow.ai

Step 2: Add Job Details

Click on the "Create" button to open the job addition form. Here, you will input essential details about the job application:

  • Job Title: The official title of the position.

  • Company Name: The name of the company offering the job.

  • Job URL: The direct link to the job posting.

  • Section to Save In: Choose where to categorize this job (e.g., "Saved", "Applied").

Fill in each field accurately to ensure your job tracker remains organized and useful.


Via the Browser Extension

Automatic Import on Top Job Boards

  1. Install the Extension: Download and install the Careerflow.ai Chrome Extension from .here

  2. One-Click Import: When browsing supported job boards (such as Indeed, LinkedIn, Monster), you'll see a "Save to Job Tracker" button either on the sidebar or as an interactive hover feature. Simply click this button to import job details directly into your tracker.

Other Job Websites

For websites not automatically recognized by the extension, it will still offer assistance if it detects job-related content. If visiting a job page on such sites (like Amazon's job portal), the extension may activate on its own for convenience, but will not auto-fill the form elements, you will need to fill out some of the data on your own before the job gets saved.


Manual Activation for Other Websites

In cases where the extension doesn't automatically detect a job page, you can manually activate it:

  1. Click on the Careerflow 'C' icon in your Chrome extension menu.

  2. Select "Open Sidebar" to access the extension's features and manually input or save the job details.

For example, on job portals like Naukri.com, which might not trigger automatic detection, use the extension menu to manually open the sidebar and add the job to your tracker.
