Getting Started
Step 1: Access the Email Writer
Navigate to the AI Tools Dropdown: In the Careerflow.ai dashboard, find the AI Tools dropdown menu at the top of your screen.
Select Email Writer: Click on Email Writer to open the email drafting interface.
Step 2: Fill Out the Email Fields
Now, it’s time to provide key details to personalize the email you’ll be generating:
Company Details or Job Description: Paste in the job description or company details to ensure the email aligns with the role you’re interested in.
Target Job Title: Whether you're applying for a specific role, asking for advice, or networking, including the job title helps the tool generate an email with the appropriate tone and content.
(You can use the Import from Board button to easily place these information)
Recipient Details: Enter the name and title of the recipient. This will help personalize the email and make it more professional.
Type of Email: Choose the type of email you want to send from the following options:
Job Outreach: Reaching out for job opportunities or expressing interest in a role.

You will see results generated based on your customization requests, and you can additionally do a variety of things once your email is ready

Additional Options: You can also Copy, Regenerate, and View History.
Viewing History
To view the History of your generated email, click the "View History" button on the Web App in the Email Generator page.
On the History view, you can see a timeline view of all the emails generated, and perform quick actions like copying, downloading, or viewing more details.
