Careerflow's Find Recruiters feature uses the Hiring Search Tool, powered by advanced Boolean (X-Ray) search, to help you discover recruiters, hiring managers, and professionals who are actively hiring or sharing hiring-related content. Simply enter your search criteria, and Careerflow generates a targeted Google search to help you find relevant LinkedIn profiles.
Getting Started
Step 1: Log in to Careerflow.ai
Visit careerflow.ai and sign in using your registered email address and password.
If you don't have an account yet, click Sign Up to create one.
Step 2: Open the Find Recruiters Feature
From your Careerflow dashboard, click Find Recruiters under the Networking Tab.
This opens Careerflow's Hiring Search Tool, where you can build a customized recruiter search using multiple filters. You can also access the tool directly at hiring-search.careerflow.ai or through the Careerflow Chrome Extension.
Step 3: Enter Your Search Criteria
Complete any combination of the available search fields. All fields are optional, so you can use only the ones most relevant to your search.
Available search criteria include:
Target Companies – Enter one or more companies you'd like to work for.
Skills – Add one to three key skills that recruiters are likely searching for.
Location – Select your preferred work location.
Target Role – Enter the job title you're pursuing.
Include Keywords – Add additional keywords to refine your search.
Exclude Keywords – Remove unwanted results from your search.
Exact Search – Enable this option if you want Careerflow to search for the exact job title you entered.
Tip: You don't need to complete every field. Sometimes broader searches produce more results.
Step 4: Find Recruiters
Once you've entered your search criteria, click Find out who is Hiring.
Careerflow automatically generates an advanced Boolean search and redirects you to Google with a list of relevant LinkedIn profiles matching your criteria.
Step 5: Review the Search Results
On the Google search results page, you'll see LinkedIn profiles of recruiters, hiring managers, and professionals related to your search.
For the best results:
Skip any Sponsored search results.
Focus on genuine LinkedIn profiles.
Open profiles that are relevant to your target role or industry.
Step 6: Connect with Recruiters
Once you've found relevant profiles, you can:
Send a connection request on LinkedIn.
Reach out with a personalized introduction.
Use Careerflow's networking tools to keep track of recruiters you've contacted.
